Oil Cooler, Where? w/ A/C, Aux Fan?

Facts, 1987 325is / Swapped S50. A/C working. Want to install oil cooler(Setrab 9 Series Cooler 20-Row Engine Oil Cooler, have this already) I have a fan clutch ran off the motor. There is an Aux fan in front of the compressor. Do I: Kill the clutch fan and place dual or single elec fan inside, so I can kill the aux fan? Or could I mount dual fan's in front of the compressor, replacing the aux fan and place the oil cooler to the drivers side. Thank you community!!

What's the spec on the aux fan?

If you have a/c I wouldn't remove that AUX fan.

The mechanical fan isn't going to be enough in high heat situations... You can utilize the factory oil cooler. Its pretty sufficient. On hot day's my temp's are around 185/190.

so might be better to dump the washer container? and place cooler near there or behind air dam under the bumper. I think I might have cut away some sheet metal.

          Factory Oil Cooler

There is no Factory Oil Cooler.
I bought a Euro Oil Housing, ready for install.
Just trying to get a real plan.

The factory E30 oil cooler works just fine.

Get yourself the S54 oil filter housing plus the necessary plumbing to run the lines and fittings for the feed and return. I didn't drive my E30 to the shop today but I'll try to snap a few pics of the setup I have so you can see for yourself

              Oil Cooler

I have the Euro housing, lines, oil cooler. I have 3 gauges will be hooking up that the same time. The bimmerworld sensor split for the temp and pressure.
I turned on the AC last night and took a look at the aux fan... dam that thing is noisy. I still think my small dual fan idea would work. I have Euro Bumpers and I may have to resort to cutting the Zender lower valance, and attempt to make it look cool. I have the plan in my head, just not 100% seeing the oil cooler mounted.

With the way the Zender valence is designed you could cut horizontal slits in it and it would look fairly normal. Other option is to sell yours and get like a mtech1 front for it

                        (2) 8 Inch fan's with 600 cfm do you think would do the job?

                        LINK

Then use ebay radiator and Mishimoto elec fan, killing the clutch fan.

Mount oil cooler to the drivers side next to fans.

R3Z3N is pretty much running what I have on my car as well. That's the neatest setup.
