Most editorials start out with a real experience and from there the author reflects on how it made him feel or a realization he had. I went to Laughlin once. I promised myself I'd never go back as long as I have a choice. I happened to be there during their annual Rigatta-float-down-the river-with-all-your-cousins-day.
