    length of rear coilover spring?

On an early, high rear arch car, what length should the coilover springs be in the rear so theres minimal wheel gap? Are adjusters needed?

    I was thinkin maybe a 5" or 6" 700ish lb spring.

If you want no gap with that rate, either a 5" with no adjuster or a 4" with one.

And you most likely do as well.

This is JPlue's car, 5" 700lb rear spring with no adjuster.

I would start with the eibach ERS catalog.
