I'm thinking about selling our 1991 Laguna Green 325i Automatic. What do you think she's worth?

235K miles

The good:

• Maintenance records dating back to 1999
• New OE cat (July 2010)
• New O2 sensor (July 2010)
• Passed smog July 2010
• New timing belt, cam seal, and cam flange O-ring (April 2009)
• New water pump (April 2009)
• New thermostat (April 2009)
• Coolant flush (April 2009)
• New fan clutch (April 2009)
• New spark plugs (April 2009)
• Valve adjustment (April 2009)
• New trans mounts (September 2008)
• Brake fluid flush (September 2008)
• Single-stage repaint a few years ago (previous owner)
• Straight, rust free body
• Clean interior (dashboard is cracked)
• Water temp stays in the middle, moves to about .125" past past the middle mark in stop-and-go traffic
• 40% left on Hankook Optimos
• Glass sunroof
• Not one mod

The bad:

• Dashboard is cracked
• On take off there is a weird noise coming from trans tunnel. The shop was not able to replicate and couldn't find the culprit upon visual inspection (on a lift). We thought the new trans mounts would correct the issue, but they didn't.
• Both front seats (the base, not the backrest) ratchet down to the lowest position if you drop your weight on them
• The plastic handle on the interior sunrood cover is broken (I have it stored in the glove box)
• The AC can't keep up with >95° temps
• Not one mod

Wow this looks exactly mine except mine has cloth, LSD, trunk spoiler, IS lip. I paid a little over $4K (CDN) and mine has half the miles.
