    WTB: 1988-91 325is in Good Shape $5000

    Hello All,
I am looking to get my hands on my first e30, been studying up and shopping around for several months. Car will need to be able to be a daily driver, but also in good shape and ready to tackle the twisting Missouri back-roads with some gusto.
Looking for any plastic bumper e30 325 coupe or sedan with:

    - Manual Transmission
    - 200,000 miles or less
    - rust free
    - Mechanically and Cosmetically sound (I'm not afraid of something that needs some small projects done if the price is right)
    - Preferably with service records
    - MUST have clean title.

Open to: Engine Swapped cars, Really Clean 318is'. Would also consider a really clean e21.

Willing to spend something around $5000 and also willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. for the right car.
I'd really appreciate any leads! Thanks guys.

I have a 1990 AW 325is black interior manual that I'm preparing for sale or to keep, it is quite clean and pulls well. Located in Asheville NC

I don't think your mom appreciates the value of those modifications

finding the right e30 is difficult.

even with 5k, it took so long to find the ix i wanted i gave up.

and then a month after i gave up (and subsequently spent the money) i found 2.

                          lol....

+1 to this. I waited for the right iX for more than 5 years! I finally found it right at the start of the new year this year. I got a great deal on the perfect e30 for me. It's like getting married... Definitely take your time and find the right one. Otherwise you'll end up drowning yourself in your own regret until you're divorced and your children hate you. ;)

I'll chime in here too. I've been looking for the same era 325 as you for nearly a year and am still without one. I even have a bit more to spend than $5K.

An E36 M3 is looking better and better every day. :(

If you're really hellbent on an E30 325 be prepared to wait it out.
