I'm sure he picked it up for much less

Some idiot took the stock sport seats out and and put in some cheap ones

Haha again thanks for the testimonials but tell him to sell it for 1300

If you can afford to buy 3 e30's you can afford to maintain one

So I let my cousin buy an e30 that I was looking at due to it being auto and very hard for me to access. Huge mistake, this thing is sweet

I know, just because it's an "is" he thinks it's a freakin' "M3".

It has 216k miles (and probably no documentation), metal bumpers and lame Walmart seats.
He's smokin' crack if he expect to get $4900 for it.
He'd be lucky to get $3500 for it.

I read a few listings in my area for $600-$2000
              some with photos some without.
But of course a million miles from your area.

What pisses me off too is that he offered to buy my Cabrio from me,
but much less than the "325is".
Also mine is 3 years newer has 60k less miles,
all original equipment, sport seats, new top, documentation since day one, etc...
                  LoL

The guy is an idiot if he plans on doing future business with BMW owners
                  by treating them that way.

He's like; "Hey let me buy you car dirt cheap, so I can turn around and sell it for a profit".
That is some type of stupid level that even stupid people won't even go near. ;)

Yeah people probably think that's what I'm doing but I'm really just trying to find one. I'm still looking but I feel like it's probably not gonna happen.

92 318i Cabrio in my area for $800
                      Looks good... but blown engine.

Might be worth me offering $500 for it then try to find an engine.

I think that would be enough to score a decent e30. Are you looking in that price range now?

That's cool. That's not too far off from what I paid for my Cabrio. And it's super clean.
Just finished installing some H&R sport springs that came in this morning, and happy I did.
Wasn't in the budget to get shocks, but seems to ride ok on the stock ones.
Some Bilsteins will be next on the list

                            Before

After (I left the upper and lower pads in on them all, had E90 drop hat but didn't install them either)

There's all kinds of nice E30s you can get for around $3k, at least now you can be a little choosey on what you purchase.

I will be after I get back In town around the 25th. I will be looking locally though unless its a killer deal.
