I agree.

Although, whoever buys it would be way ahead of the game if the plan is to make a badass track/race car. A lot of labor has gone into the pre-cage work.

That is not to say it couldn't be made into a street car......but it would be a sizeable undertaking. ;)

Serious buyer would just tell you, "what is your address, I am sending trailer to pick up the shell and sending you cash money as well, get the title ready".

Average American can't save up $5k, by the time $3k is saved up the insomnia kicks in can't sleep because $3k is sitting in the bank and it hasn't been spent on something stupid. This is why you are just getting calls from people who have no money and just want to dream about it.

Really? I usually thought ppl atleast have 5-10k saved up.

Either way I'm ready to snatch this. But so far didn't have any luck trying to get his address and phone #. I know he was saying on other forums and this one that he is looking for land to buy. So I'm figuring that he's just super busy at the moment.

I PM'd him and said "serious buyer, cash, can close in the morning" within minutes of his post, in fact the thread had only one (1) view at the time.

He responded "will email you more pics in morning" and make contact.

Since then he's just gone around posting up the same for sale ad on multiple forums and didn't contact me.
