I acquired this car about 4 years ago now and tucked it away in a garage that I was renting at the time with the intent to rebuild it (had a bad head gasket). Over time this car has moved through three different garages as I've moved 5 times in those four years because of career changes and family changes. All good and well, so why is this free? Somewhere throughout all of my moves I lost the title to the car. Without knowing or remembering the previous owner of the vehicle I have no way to retrieve another copy and quite honestly, I've got no motivation to do so. I'm putting my efforts into an mtech vert that i've just purchased.
So, FREE car, but you'll have to source the title yourself or use it as a race vehicle only. Or swap vins or whatever other potentially illegal means you may have at your disposal. I will provide a bill of sale with the car so those that live in states where you don't need a title to register older vehicles, this car may be for you.
I'm looking to clean out the driveway quickly, so this car will be available for ONE WEEK, to August 24. If arrangements aren't made to move it by next Sunday it will be fully stripped and sent to the wrecker.
Parts removed from the car:
French Smilies
Euro Grills
Radiator and all cooling system items
Head/Intake track
Entire Exhaust (can include manifolds, but the rest is gone)
Steering Rack
Misc interior items
Parts that will be left on the car if picked up by 8/24:
All tan interior pieces including nice leather front seats from a vert
bottle caps with good michelin snow tires
IS sway bars
Sunroof wind deflector
CD/radio
Engine block with AC compressor and PS Pump
Brake booster and MC
Full stock suspension
My plan is to pull the 5 speed trans and parts and offer them up for sale for someone interested in doing a swap from Auto to Manual. These parts are still in the car, so if you pick up the car before I have the time to pull that stuff out, you just got yourself a $500 5 speed swap in the least along with a good interior. Can't say when I'm going to pull those pieces, so move quickly!
The car:
There are only two spots of rust that I could find. One on the drivers door and one on the passengers front fender rocker panel. Both pictured below:
I'd really like to see the car live on and have searched through everything I have looking for the title to the car to no avail. Someone save it before the wrecker takes another relatively clean e30 to the grave.
