    FS: Mtechnic 1 325is

As TJ would say... I'm being Emo.
There, now that is out of the way.....

Seriously considering passing along the 325is.

    Details
    Exterior
    -European Chrome bumpers
-Complete Mtechnic 1 kit (both airdams, sideskirts, rear wing)
-h1/h4 headlights with city lights and 100w/65 bulbs.
-Shadowline window lock trim front and rear
    -european grills
    -debadged "325is"
    -MHW smoked front turn signals
-European rear lights (include rear fog)
    -(4) 15x7 BBS RZ378 wheels with BFG G-Force Sports (~60% worn)
-(4) OEM BMW bottle cap wheels with Winterforce winter tires (~75% worn)

    Interior
-Complete e30 M3 European Houndstooth Interior (Includes rear head rests, un-mounted/installed)
    -e36 lighted window switches
    -Alpine Head-Unit (CD/CDR/CDRW/XM/MP3/WMA)
-RF 10" Single voice coil sub in Q-logic box
    -RF 120W amp
    -Factory Premium speakers, fully re-wired
-Black Alcantara shift & e-brake boot
    -Momo Competition Steering wheel
    -OEM BMW Floor mats
    -Grey carpet

    Driveline
    -150k M20B25 engine
    -150k mile transmission
-3.73 LSD (250k) still perfect and very tight
    -K&N drop in panel filter
-Possibly a JC chip... not 100% sure, need to check.

    Suspension
    -Eibach Race Springs (NLA)
    -Bilstein Sport Shocks
    -e30 M3 Rear Sway bar
    -Sparco front strut bar
-Brake cooling duct plates (no ducting)

    Misc.
    -New windshield last year
    -Dashboard is un-cracked

    Details
The car has had some rust repairs. -mainly, the rear license plate lights and a few small other spots. Paint on the car is a 6 out of 10. Its smooth and looks good from ~10 feet away, but up close it has defects. The mtechnic rear airdam, sideskirts, and rear euro bumper are un-mounted at this time. They will be included with the sale... or for a fee, can be painted and installed prior to sale.

Car has recieved oil changes & filter every 3000 miles religously for the past 25k miles. I've replaced the timing belt/tensioner/water pump. It has a new radiator, new heater core, new injectors, crinkle coated valve cover, clear coated intake manifold. The chassis has 250k miles. I installed a new m20 driveline from an e34 when both hit the same mileage of 135,000. Therefore, the driveline has exactly 100k less mileage than the chassis. The car is a 5 speed, no short shift kit, but has delrin shift bushings from UUC.

Given the rarity of the Mtechnic 1 body kit, and the extreme rarity of a Houndstooth M3 interior in the USA, I am not willing to sell this car cheap with these items included. So, don't waste my time please.... I'm not going to sell the items seperatly, so please don't ask.

    Asking: $8500

Considering the asking price you may want to post more pics than that.

        Good Luck.

Bump for a good guy and a nice car.

This car is too nice to part out and its worthy of another enthusiast, not just an owner.

Lemme know when you decide to pull the bodykit. I want the sides and back and am willing to deal with selling the front if need be.
                    Im now E30less.

is that your 'new' M5 you posted in another thread? Ive always wanted to drive one. How does it compare to the e30, obviously it has more power but is it still as tossable as an e30? I find it kinda strange that someone who works with BMWs for a living would buy a car with arguably the most expensive engine in it. I know you get good discounts but its still gonna cost you a crapload when you need to rebuild.

As time went on, the factory developed the car each year, making it faster, more comfortable, and capable of handling at higher speeds.
You don’t want this. You want the trickiest, most dangerous, oldest model you can find. Only then can you prove to the world that you’re a man.

                        1) No its my fathers M5.
                        2) It has a lot of work done to it, it is more nimble and agile than my e30, and faster to boot.
                        3) Engine is only expensive if you fuck it up.
                        4) I cant afford the gas for this beast to drive it daily.... try almost $30 a day in Premium.

Seen this car (and that gorgeous M5) in person - Chris is a very lucky guy to have two of the most well taken care of BMW's I've seen in person.

I wish you the best of luck with the sale Chris - it'll be sad to see it go.

If you aren't keeping the M5 - what's the plan?

If it doesnt sell, it doesnt sell.
I'm undecided as to the next vehicle. Been searching high and low for an Avus Blue e36 M3 though... that seems to be the target?
