I never want to condone parting out an E30, but that one is rough.

I'd think about picking it up, but not for 2500.
      My previous build (currently E30-less)

Should not be parted if no frame damage. Someone local throw him an offer and save it.

I agree with Mr. 325is. too much damage for $2,500

I tell you what, I will let you remove the F & R seats, door panels, etc., the engine, trans and dif., wheels and tires and take the shell with what's left plus the parts to repair you have. You make the money off those parts and I get a shell to build it as I would like to. Does that appeal you?

You got an offer on the limited slip diff if you do decide to part out.

I'm biased obviously, but I'd echo the other guys points. You've got good clean parts in a lot of this car, that'll be more worth it for you to sell. 2500 is too much for the state of the car. You'd get closer to that money parting out rather than selling whole.

Looks like its worth saving, dont part it.

This is a parts car...especially if you want to get that kind of money out of it. GLWS

We are all going to be crying about the good old days when you could find a good E30 to build.

I saw it happen with the 2002.

                    Someone save it...

I gotta say, he's right. The collective parts are worth more.

Yes, you can save it with A LOT of work, time and money...only to have a nice salvaged car. Which, by the way, will be 1/3rd of what you will have just put into it. At some point you have to raise the white flag.

I'm crying already but you can't save them all. Parting it out will just make mine worth more to me and cost more to you when you get around to buying another.

Look at the CR ads over here in the East. It has already happened. Super hard to find a rust free car for less than 4K.

West coast beware - cars die in fleets.

You can't even find an E30 in a Pick-N-Pull over here.

Go ahead - chop them up I guess. It will just increase the value of mine (I don't really mean that)
