Looking for any feedback on a fair price for my car

I am potentially looking to sell my car soon. Not sure what a good price would be. So any opinions or feedback would be great.

It is a 1984 325e, roughly 117k miles (odometer just stopped working at 116,700).
Very clean body inside and out. Some minor flaws in the paint but overall excellent shape. As well as the interior with the exception of the rear seat that has some sun damage on top.
AC doesn't blow cold air, heat works great. Power windows and sunroof work fantastic. Oil changed every 3,000-6months. Been a reliable daily driver in the 3 years I have owned it with the only thing being replaced was an ICV.

Mods I've done in the 3 years I've owned it:
BC Racing Coilovers, Brand new Work Meister Cr01 3 piece wheels, straight pipe from cat to a magna-flow muffler.

    Cons: Ac doesn't blow cold
    Noisy fuel pump
some water leaks in trunk when rains
    Odometer just stopped
IS valence is not color matched

Might be forgetting some things but that is an overall view of the car. Any feedback would be appreciated.

That looks super cool, those some serious wheels.

Start high $$ , keep reducing until it sells. Market will decide what it is worth.

In my opinion you should fix everything if you want top dollar. Pump, odometer gears and water leaks might cost you few hundred to fix, but you can say "no issues" on your advert.

Whatever the truth is, every car i see for sale magically has had the odometer stop last week. Fix it, and don't mention it on your advertisement.

Stiffer suspension and wrong offset wheels lower the value of the car. I would say start with $3500 (obo)

I think that's a bit harsh. Probably worth more than $3.5k, fix the small things and list it up, looks really clean.

While yes I agree the coilovers and wheels can lower the value, but $3,500?? The wheels alone are worth about $2000. Sorry but I think that is an insult. Not to tute my own horn here but I think my car is a very clean display of an early model. Not to mention I've already been offered a clean e46, ap1 s2000 with a little cash on my end of course and $5000. I respect the opinion but $3500 is just an insult.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought that.

If you've been offered $5k you should take it.

Stop being lazy and fix the easy issues like the cluster and water leaking in the trunk. Your car is clean, but when I see BC coils and those wheels, it makes me think you went straight to the looks and were lazy about the basic maintenance.

Id personally sell the wheels separately, put some OEM wheels on it, put the height to a less "stance-bro" height, fix the issues then advertise it for $5k. You could end up with ~$7k in your pocket if you do it that way.

My first thought was low to mid 6's. Ask 7K even be prepared to take high 5's.
