up for sale is a 1991 bmw 318is e30 2door manual stick shift. This is probably one of the more cleaner examples of an original paint original interior e30 around nj. it has the original m42 motor with alot of maintenance done to it. the odometer does work and reads 208xxx which is the original mileage.

parts replaced within the last 500 miles

    new spark plugs
    new spark plug wires
    new throttle body gasket

im sure im missing other things too that are new

    the bad
rpm needle moves to 1k and stops (just started happening)
    rust near towhook (see pic)
front left upper strut mount is starting to make a little creaking noise
steering wheel alignment is a little off
rock chips on hood...everything is original (see pics)
needs a passenger side window switch (window works just needs the switch)
    dash has cracks
    driver seat has tears
passenger seat is worn down ( but i have very good condition sports passenger seat that i will include)

Way off on the price that's why no one has offered. Not to sounds rude but cut the price in half and you'll see offers

What someone advertises a car at and what they sell for are rarely the same.

Stick with your price. Your car. Your rules. No matter what price you posted someone will come along and counter. If you posted for $1.00. Someone will come along and offer .50 cents. Don't drop your pants unless you absolutely need the money. IJS.

Put it on BAT, you'll get your asking price with ease.

This whole thread is ridiculous. Yes his price is high, yes the market is allowed to voice their opinion that it is too high. None of that matters when the game is played by asking high, negotiating down, and selling in person to the only person whose opinion counts: the buyer with cash in hand. If the seller balks at an in-person offer of $5k cash I might think that is a little dumb, but asking a high price to start is just playing the game.
