Bought this in 2013. This is a real 5-speed 325is with about 149,000 miles, M20B25 engine, stock except for the OEM air filter didn't come with it. The odometer still works. Very little rust, passenger floor pan has been repaired as well as the right rear battery tray area. It was repainted by the former owner with a Maaco type paint job...not great. It's no show car but there's still time if that's what you want to do with it. I bought it to commute in and then it almost immediately needed a head gasket so I did a top-end refresh (took it to a shop, had it tanked, decked, valves cleaned up, etc), timing belt, water pump, gaskets, hoses, idle air control valve dealie, lots of stuff. I spent way too much money on this thing and my wife termed it "garage furniture." Has new front rotors and pads, new exhaust, new hood latch. Basketweaves with 205/60R14 summer tires and also bottle caps with some decent winter tires on them. I never drove it much in the winter. Frankly, I have not driven it much period but every time I do it amazes me how great a job BMW did on the E30. It took me about two years to get it back together and by then I had another commuter car. Thing is, it runs very well and no problem driving it anywhere right now. It could use a suspension refresh and a better paint job. AC was converted to R134 but doesn't work. Oil leaks, yup, but minor. Pics are from last Spring, it's been garaged all winter except I took it out to run errands a couple of times. I either need to sell it or buy a car condo because I need the garage space. Fun car.
$5000 OBO.
