Selling this shortened E30 Ground Control kit.
The strut housings were shortened 1” to accept a 90-92 VW Corrado front strut insert (8641-1198sport) with the included spacers. Gives you all of the lows while still being able to use an off the shelf strut.
One of the front struts is blown. The rear shocks rebound as they should and felt nice on the car. Bearings in the hubs are good. Everything else is in nice shape.
The kit includes:
-Shortened Front Strut Housings (ABS, 51mm)
-6” 500lb F Eibach Springs
-5” 650lb R Eibach Springs
-Front and Rear Ground Control sleeves, adjusters, bump stops, rear spring perch mounts
-Front Ground Control Race Camber Plates
-Rear Ground Control Upper Shock Mounts
-2x rear used E30 Koni Sport Shocks
-2x front used (one blown) Koni Struts
All of this stuff from GC with the custom shortened housings would be over $2k. Replace a front strut (or 2, to be smart) and you’ve got yourself one of the best street suspension kits on the market for your E30.
