SOLD Front E30 295mm Big Brake Kit

    SOLD

Up for sale is a nice E30 big brake kit for the front. The rotors are 295mm. The kit is well made and has approx 10k miles. Pretty sure it’s an older IE kit but not 100% sure (before they started using the 6pot dynapros).

I used these with 16” wheels. They fit inside a 15” wheel but you have to be careful with offset due to outward caliper clearance.

    -Pads show very little wear
    -Rotors show 0.011” of wear
    -Stainless lines included

SOLD $800 shipped to the lower 48. SOLD

Do you know what the clearance is like/how big of a spacer is needed for ACT Ronal LS 15x7.5 wheels?

I have a set of these in the garage. Let me measure with some washers tomorrow!

Looks like it took about an 18mm spacer to clear. I don't think these would be ideal for a Ronal LS setup. Here's a shot of the outward caliper measured from the rotor face.

Dang, I was hoping it might need something closer to a 3-8mm spacer. Thank you for checking

Yes, me too. It takes a certain type of wheel for these to fit well, unfortunately.

I have rc090 style 5s I doubt they fit these either . They don’t even clear the stock brakes . That’s why I haven’t got a BBK yet because even with 5mm spacer Im already rubbing at full lock

Yep, I think anything with concave faces is going to be a no go with these.

These would be ideal for a set of Apex wheels, or something similar with a flatter face.

In terms of a BBK for your setup, the latest IE kit actually has more clearance than stock brakes. They use a caliper with a narrow outbound side

I am running concave 15s (bavauto beyern mesh) with 20mm spacers... do you think it would fit or is it too close to call?

You’d have to measure how much room you currently have with the stock calipers I’d say.

I’m looking at about 1.25in from caliper to spoke face and 2.5in from rotor to spoke face.

That seems like it would easily clear based on your earlier pic?
