FS: Sssquid Tuning Chip for 153 ECU

I bought this chip 10 years ago and never installed it because I bought it for the wrong ECU. Some cars have a 173, some a 153. This chip is for a 153. What's the difference? I have no idea.

It is labeled as a Stage 1, for 91 octane, and I think for M50 injectors. I don't know what other specs it entails because their website is down.

it's just for an earlier ecu.

glws, i like my sssquid chip. it's sad to see them close up. tuners can't get the raw chips any more and the cars that run them are getting rare. newer ecus are different.

Ah you know what, that makes sense. I had an 87 but that motor failed, so I bought a buddy's '90 engine and just used that ECU. So that's probably when I made the mistake of buying an early chip for a late ECU.

there's enough guys out there with a 153 for it to sell. i doubt you'll have it sit for long. sssquid did good tunes. glws.
