aren't the thr mounts built to e30 m3 mount spec though. the control arm should be in the same spot on both, are you sure one of yours isn't bent?

nah, they're much closer to the frame rails. the brace was literally rubbing against the control arms, it left marks in the control arms.

Whoops, you're right, sorry.

Its rubbing on that wing, having said that, I'm assuming that you're going to tell me to grind it down a bit :)

That's probably a good idea BUT the car is a bit too stiff with the brace mounted, driving right now without the brace has increased the comfort on my daily commute.
