I've got an OS Giken LSD for sale. It's currently mounted in an E30 325is case with 3.73 ratio and is fully ready to go. I ran it in my E30 for about half a season and then planned to swap it into my E36, but plans have changed. I had a local differential guru do the install for me with all new bearings and parts, and was extremely pleased with the job he did. Cost me over $2500 for the diff, labor and factory bearings and parts. I'd like $1800 shipped.

You should put an application in. I see a bright future for you.
To all others, thanks for helping clarify things while I was gone for the weekend. e46s54dr and nrubenstein were basically correct. nrubenstein, send me a PM if you're seriously considering it. I might be able to work with you. I finally got a chance to snap some pictures, so here they are:

^ Sexy!
Of course it's not for everybody, but just because a part costs as much as a beat to shit e30 doesn't mean it's not worth its value to someone who will use it. Same as Ohlin and Moton shocks, not for everybody but they sure do work.
