they are a bit thicker than my rally armour's. NON-Textured ones will be a bit more $ because I have to use a different material..

I made the start of one set today

I use big shears and them stack them oin top of eachother and put them in the grinder.

The hardware will be made of s.s. screws/bolts, Aluminum brackets and OEM BMW fender liner clips and some spacers.

is it easy to align them straight? or do i just suck at putting mudflaps on?
i put my RA ones on and none of them are really on straight.

lol, i thought it was easy just drill the fronts the same and the rear the same.Mine should be pre-drilled so you wont have to worry about being crooked.

Hmm I am down, but could I get mine about an inch or two or so longer though for that draggin look?

By the looks of your car, I would say another two inches is where I would want mine

Not sure I will make longer flaps from this material yet. I need to sell some standard one first so I can afford more material for mo flaps.

Is there actually a demand for the big flaps? If I can sell 2 or 3 pairs it would be worth it to me.

If you can keep them priced similar to what you posted fro the normal ones $85, you can put me down for a set. Textured/smooth really doesn't matter to me, whatever's cheapest.

they will be the same price.

Also I will sell the 1 pair I have made for $38 shipped as a DIY special. These are not drilled and do not include brackets/hardware. This pair could be for the DIYer who wants to make there own brackets and save money. you would also need to trim this pair on the left rear side to clear the muffler. Technically this first pair could fit any car.
