Little confused, so these go between the inner tie rod and the steering rack? Wouldn't that leave less threads in the rack? Making it easier for the inner tie rod to come out?

Yes, it would, but some loctite can fix that :)

Quick question that may have already been answered, should I still use the locking plate that goes between the tie rod and steering rack? And if so do it put it between tie rod and spacer, or spacer and steering rack?

Yes these are sized to keep the use of the lock washer, I could tell you which side of spacer to put it one. Maybe try each way on either side. lol

But really I think I put my in between spacer & rack.
