It might work better if someone added some additional moldings to the edges of the tail, on the chassis itself. A very aggressive setup for sure! GLWS!

out of curiosity, did you and your dad get the car from some guy in Glendale area? I remember talking to another E30 guy with a blue-ish coupe that had a trunk like this. That's what caught my eye on his car! I think its sheet metal IIRC...
