Can you get black perforated leather?

Yes, but I have to purchase leather by the whole hide. Due to the cost, it is not possible to do this for only one boot. I do however have black perforated vinyl in stock. It looks very similar to leather; someone actually posted a picture of it a few posts up.

How much for a shift boot in this material?

It would be $25. I don't have that material in stock, and would need a couple of people to place paid orders before I purchase a yard. It's pretty expensive per yard so I can't justify it for only one boot.
