Yep, no problem. BMW uses the same injectors on some engines.
I think you have an upgrade option from the later 5.0 0280155700
But i don't have them. I know a lot of people choose those

Installed mine this morning, as well as cleaning the ICV and doing a valve adjustment. Idle is much smoother now, as well as the transition when the injectors turn on and off. Going to be keeping an eye on fuel economy! 1-2mpg would put me near 30!
