Typically not a fan of flares but the welting rubber trim/protector sets these off so nicely. Kudos. If I had my e30 I would definitely rock these.

Kamotors, do the Ultrawides bolt on the same bolt pattern as the standard ones?

very very close I believe one or 2 holes move, but it will hide all exisiting holes just fine so you can switch back and forth.

17x10 et +2 in front, 17x10 et +12 are my final offsets after spacers

check my build thread out starting at post 16 to see the modifications I made to my car to fit the wheels/tires

(post 16 and 33 are the two with the most info)
