No, not stolen. Purchased from a legitimate distributer. My company doesn't need these because we have a corporate open license with MS. These were purchased before we aquired the open license to do a mass OS install across 200+ servers.

Where did you acquire these? Is it possible that they are stolen (not by you, but possibly by another)? I'm just curious as to how you're able to get so many copies and sell them at such a discounted price.

Because they don't come with the actual OEM License sticker that accompanies a full OEM copy. Atleast that's what I understood from the PM ACTUNG sent me when I asked about them.

Nope, it won't be a problem. The keycodes are all unactivated and valid.
