I know you recommend to go right from the battery for signal but would you see anything wrong with just using the positive power terminal on the firewall as its a much shorter run?
Now TINTED: Digital volt meter. Fits in OEM switch location!

No more gb pricing I take it? Bummer. Still might have to pick one up.
I think if I get one I will wire a switch somewhere, maybe hidden on the kick panel. Then tint it and leave it off most of the time.Comment

You may have covered it somewhere but, do you recommend against solder, or recommend any particular method of splicing that blue wire (assuming it needs more length to reach the terminal) in terms of not upsetting the signal? Any users comment? I suppose the solder's resistance is pretty negligible, but I do know not to solder O2 sensor wire for example, due to the resulting error in the reading.Comment
