Good luck learningcurve86. Its a challenge to get things posted that are large (bumpers, valence, m-tech kits) but best of luck to you if you can get it done. If you do can you shoot me a PM on how you did it? This would be most appreciated!

        Enjoy Deutschland.

If you can get me the rubber compression "nut" that screws onto the back of the maplight mirror to apply pressure to the inside of the windshield, you'd make me a happy man.

            Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for a set of euro grills, and an early body license plate filler. Let me know if you're able to find any of it.

                      Hey guys,

Apologies: I have totally dropped the ball on this. I did a whirl-wind tour of 8 junk yards in a day with a buddy of mine and really didn't find anything that was worth salvaging for e30s. A good number of e34s, lots of VWs and MBs, but not anything I think you guys would be looking for. I had a lead on a few other junkyards outside of my immediate area, but to get to those I would need a car and the whole ordeal would end up taking up way too much of my time and money with no guarantee I'd break even.

I've thought about hunting for stuff on ebay and then sending 'Euro packages' back to the states, but I'm not totally in love with the idea of getting the stuff on ebay, raising the price to make it worth my time, then sending it on to the states after searching for a buyer. So the conclusion I have come to is this: for the time being, I will not be going to junk yards and won't be searching ebay.de for e30 parts. If, however, you find something on ebay.de and the seller won't ship it to the states, get in contact with me via PM and I'll see what I can do. I'd probably ask for about a $10 fee to get the stuff, take a few photos, pack it for overseas shipping and send it along to you (plus any extra materials I would need if it had to be repackaged). Depending on the size and all that. I wouldn't be able to guarantee the stuff or anything like that, but I'm still interested in trying to help people get the parts they really want. Even if I'm not willing to drop $150 for a weekend car part fishing trip again. (renting a car, gas, etc)

For those of you who have asked for help finding e30s in Germany to ship to the US: I am very very interested in helping you with this. It will then help me when I want to ship one back when I come back to the states. Try the website www.mobile.de , and get into contact with me for what you find. I know nothing about the whole importation process, but I plan to learn as much as I can. I need to see if we already have a thread on it or not.
