Yes, you can make your own bracket, but i cant tell if it will interference or not, cannot tell that, never seen an M3 caliper here:)

I may be missing some sales when it comes to M3 caliper, yes, but i am not the maker of these and the company that makes them doesn't see a benefit in making an M3 version, since we don't get them here, and if we did the price of them would be just monstrous :) 330 will do good enough.
