ugh I think I need this... Ive been trying to eliminate the noise from my stereo. Just spent a whole day re-routing the RCA wires to the pass side of the car away from the speaker cables and it did nothing....

This wont fix your problem, these repair radio noise only. CD, IPOD, changer noise is coming from the power line. I recommend regrounding your radio to a different ground or a power line filter for car audio.
