    325IX bits

    I bought an E30 IX for a 1jz swap not knowing it was an IX when I went to get it or that it was so much different in the front end. So basically the motor tranny transfer case driveshaft whole front end assembly.. Pretty much anything you can think of that needs to be removed to try and make a 325IS front end go in and 1JZ with R154, will be for sale..

    Or If anyone wants to just trade the whole car for a little better shape 325IS..

    '88 325IX manual 2 door. think 200k miles..

    You should probably just sell the Ix and find a different e30. The strut towers are different in an Ix vs Is, I don't think the Is suspension will work. Don't kill the Ix.

      Right on! Might as well get a cheap RWD and sell the iX. Plus you don't see too many '88iXs around.

          Idk, if you can get a new fender and maybe clean up the rust a bit and assuming everything is A OK mechanical wise, 2-3k? I don't really know the market I guess.

                There's a lot more then just the front end that's different on the ix. For instant the rear trailing arms and rear brakes are different to give them a matching offset for the front. As said before the struts have a way different caster compared to a IS. Your best bet is to sell for and get a rwd. Fix it up a little real quick then sell it for 2500 or 3k

                  I know. But it's mainly the front end that makes it so the swap won't work. A straight trade for RWD I IS would be ideal.

                    Looks like whole part out is gonna be the plan.. With no interest in trades..

                    So list what you want. only the interior is removed right now..
