    Philly: Front E36 M3 Seats - $50

    Hey all,

Up for sale is a pretty nice set of front E36 M3 Seats. They have some obvious wear as documented in the photographs, but still look great. Only two small tears.

    $200 picked up

    Seats located in 19473

    NO SHIPPING.

They are m3 seats. Not all m3s came with vaders. Note the adjustable thigh bolster which didn't come on non m cars.

You will need to make adapters. They do not bolt right in. There is a thread about this in the DIY section.

              Thanks, Polaris!

91e, he is right. Here is the stickied thread. These seats follow the same install procedure as the vaders.

Not trying to burst your bubble here, but these aren't definitely not out of an e36 m3. These are the premium seats out of a later production e36. My '97 328 vert with the premium package has these same seats but mine were heated as well. M3 seats would have the m-stripe on the middle back bolster.

Agree with Tally, Two cars in my drive way have Sports. Sports seats go back to first year E36 coupe's and they were optional.

M's got Vader's or Sports in sedans and they would have Tri-color on them.

                      Philly: Front E36 M3 Seats - $200

^sorry man, your wrong. I know from first hand experience (been in the e36 game for the better part of 8-9 years) that this style seat came in e36 m3s without tri-color on them.

The seats in my old e36 were 100% from an m3 and they didn't have tri-color and were the same style as these.

My previous 97 m3 coupe lux package did not have vaders, it had the same seats in op's pics.

Guys, they're non-vader M3 seats. Vaders are the 'M-striped' seats. These came out of an M3, but are not, however, vaders.

The only e36 m3 that came with non-stripped seats were those in special colors (i.e. magma, mulberry, etc.), basically colors that are incredibly rare. I have yet to see a pair of non-stripped black m3 front seats, but I may be wrong.

Either way with all the questioning about validity, unless the OP can confirm that these are out of a m3, I don't think it's right to sell them that way. Just my opinion.

And non-vader m3 seats are supposed to have the m-stripe regardless. That's why everyone is arguing.
