Kind of, but technically that's not what it is. It's a circuit breaker intended to pop when the windows pull too much power.

I'm only getting technical, because some E30s have a separate window lock switch and being a circuit breaker, it may pop without someone knowing or it could need replacing at some point.

Mine will pop if I try and raise or lower all 4 of my windows at once.

Got the rhd holder today, however it does not work.
For lhd car, the furthest of the gear stick to the right is 5th gear, for rhd car it is the reverse gear to the left. The holder ring block the gear stick into reverse gear. For automatic car, I think it'll work.

Got my cup holder recently. Really like the design for disposable water bottles. However, this doesn't fit most of my reusable water bottles (Klean Kanteen type).
