This may be true for civilians, but not military... at least not overseas military.

Might want to read the US Military Postal regs. Using APO/FPO for profit can/will forfeit use of postal privileges.

It was a reminder so you don't lose them. I tell that to all the guys that PCS overseas. I have seen folks loose the privileges.

Okay thanks for the heads up. Regardless of regulations, I've never seen or heard about anyone losing privileges.. and I know some guys that ship more stuff than me. It might have something to do with the withdrawal of US forces in Europe. They need all the business they can get here.
