Hi, your order from May 12 is in the batch scheduled to ship this Thursday.

We had a few snags in production a few weeks back and got about a week to a week-and-a-half behind schedule, but boosted production capacity and are catching up quickly. We should be within the 3-4 week initial estimate for your cup holder, albeit more towards the bigger end of that estimate.
