4 yards will do it- if you layout your patterns before cutting to maximize the material. 5 yards if you have that oops moment or need a future repair.

We have enough fabric to cover all orders what we have now and much more..... so I don't see point of doing this fabric. We filled all demand on market at this moment. So is not a point to produce fabric if we will have demand for 50-80yards next yehr.... If demand will rise for example in 2017-2018 to aprox 350-400yards fabric will be reproduce it again.

For textile company order like 100-200yards is a joke in therms of production.
None of companies who I know around the world will reproduce woven fabric like this for order less then 2000yards. Due to meany problems:
1.The rarity of yarn ( Rain fabric is made from ATY yarn

Not meany companies around the world have machines compatible to work with this type of yarn.
2.Fabric like rain need to be dye on 5 colors from white yarn.( This make another problems and sample testing to get right color.)

In fabric we have warp and thread. Rain fabric have 60 pierce at 1cm thats 3 times more what for example m-tech have.
In short words it is a very difficult pattern to reproduce
