FS: BMW E30 fog lights glass lens

Received mine today and got them bonded onto the fog lamp housings. excellent quality particularly considering how inexpensive they are. Yes they are glass. Arrived in about 2 weeks!

Generally, what advice do folks have for up-rating the fog bulbs?

Do NOT install bulbs higher than 55w in the foglamp housings, they are plastic and their ability to deal with the added heat is not good. The reflector housings melt.


Now finished with the gaskets glued on.

The bulb is bottom loading, and most of the high end LED options have non-sealed solid state electrics and active cooling that would protrude out of the housing and through the same space the mounting bracket occupies.

I did mine and they turned our great. Excellent value. I also installed LED bulbs without any issues, Thanks.
