I have up for sale a nice Motometer cluster I pulled out of a 325iX. It shows 190445 and worked well upon removal. I replaced the ODO gears for the next owner with Garagistic gears.

7K VDO tach. I tested this in my iS and it worked, but was 1000 RPMs off, so I'm assuming it was something to do with coding - make me an offer
