F/S 88 325ix drivetrain components in PNW

So as luck may have it i get my car back from its 4 month trec in the body shop and 3 days later i let a friend drive it... a chick slides out in the road in front of him, he swerves and spins out of control... hits a tree...spins around and hits another tree on the other side...
I havent gotten into it completely yet but i will get into it more..
So far i know the T/C is still working good and the front dif. is BRAND NEW from BMW of munich Germany(cost me $1400) so ill make sure its fine prier to sale..

So here it go's

~Transfer case $900 OBO has 153k miles on it

~Front dif with drvr side drive axle $900 OBO has maybe 250 miles on it

~5spd transmission $400 OBO has the same 153k miles on it and no grinds/worked perfectly

~M20ix oil pan $50 OBO (or trade for stock non AWD oil pan)

~black leather m-tech sport front(front are heated) and back seats $400 OBO

~Z4 short shifter $50 OBO

~Reiger GTS full body kit with mounting hardware for an E30 $600 OBO

~rear window speaker tray $25 OBO

~red E30 hood has minor warps last i remember $50 OBO

~E30 doors with power windows/mirrors/locks from a 91 325i $200 for both or $125 ea. OBO

I'm also looking for a 325i/is 5spd. trans /an 89-91 steering rack with tie rods(or just a pass side tie rod) /an M20 oil pan/m20 clutch and flywheel..aftermarket preffered /an ix pass front wheel flare and an "i/is" front valance. willing to make trades.

A $50 oil pan....hmm...how much is it beat up? I assume the ix pan is different from a standard m20b25?

Very different. The front passenger's side axle goes through the middle of it.

ill have the motor out hopefully tonight or tomorrow if mother nature would stop being a whore and letting it rain on me. but it doesnt leak at all so i would assume its good.

steering rack im not 100% sure survived the accident(see link up top)
i know the subframe snapped in half and both tierods are bent, but the complete nose was brand new last week.. rack/tierods/front diff/axles/control arms everything..all brand new.. i know it still steers and doesnt hang up and is very smooth so it should be just fine.

The ac was never charged when i got the car but i have everything from it. and was told by the P/O it used to work great but he had to discharge it to do something and never got it recharged???

ill need the complete brake line/abs unit for my 91 325i im rebuilding

anything else in the brakes like the rear end/front callipers/rotors stuff i dont need

replied in other post, but ill also reply here:
I didnt think the seats were in that good of cond. as im a perfectionist but others have said they are great, the pass has some minor wear lines in it back is in great shape and the driver has a like two tears where you sit and one on the bolster from my jeans i had to wear to work :-(
I'm not exactly sure what they go for, but i was told by a BMW tech friend of mine about $400 so ill let them go for $350 OBO

the ABS should work? the fronts are the same(atleast rotors are) but i dont need any of that as i have RPI 12" BBK for my project car, so its all for sale, The block should be the same its just the oil pan i thought? If not how is it diff.?oh i know the struts are diff. but the springs i was told are the same. so i have 3 bilstein sport struts F/S also with about 10k miles on them.
