Coming over from M42. I ordered a Euro Grille and some Lamin-X on November 15. He kept dragging me along saying, "OMG, so sorry" I felt bad for the guy at first and didn't want to flame him. I was rewarded with no product and having PayPal decline my dispute because it was over 45 days before I saw everyone else with this problem. He gave me the excuse that he was out of town twice. He indicated that it was shipped out on two different occassions. He gave me the same phone number as was posted earlier in this thread. I left a number of messages. I tried emailing Amy Sarant, only to have it returned. I hope everyone logs a complaint with Paypal, as they will reopen my case if there are enough complaints.

Furthermore, I think it is petty BS that Keith (who I think was being extraordinarily cool) has to be his go between to get the addresses. I was told on too many occasions that my stuff was shipped to believe him now. He can find a computer, plain and simple. He is blatantly lying and has absolutely trashed his reputation, regardless if he ends up sending out the product.

I would obviously feel for this guy if indeed that happened to him. But how does that explain why he cannot ship this stuff out? He clearly had my address, he answered my PM's apologizing and saying that it was a shipping problem at his work, or that his wife shipped them, or that he was out of town, or that he was still out of town. I'll cut the guy a ton of slack if its true and he gives me my money back.
It still doesn't make sense that he was logging on and talking on a number of boards but still not addressing the complaints brought up by the members. I think he was still trying to sell stuff earlier this month.

I see that after Christmas he was trying to sell his car on here. and get this... on BF on 12-27-07 he posts this in reference to a shady sale, "wow!! this guy seems like a jerk off!! maybe someone should call him up and put him in his place!"

I can't believe a word this guy says. There will be no slack here. On 12/3 he responded to my PM by saying "OMG!! i didn't see any of these pm's. i'm so sorry!! i've been out of town for the past week, but it was shipped. day, i'm not really sure, but rest assured it was. when i get back on wed, i'll send you the info. feel free to call if you want. thanks!"
The problem is he was on BF posting and selling shit on 11-23, 25, 26, 29, 30, 12-1, and 2. He was on the entire f'ing week. I'm starting to get pissed.

I talked to him earlier. He said the receipt is in his wife's car (i think she's the one who shipped them out) and he will give me the tracking numbers when she gets home from work later tonight.

I know he is able to get on a couple of forums with his cell phone. This one takes up to much memory on the phone and wont allow him to view it. Which is true cause I tried to access it and a couple of others with my dads phone and it said it was taking up to much memory.
