Not to sound like a broken record, but we need everyone to come forward that has paid him money and not recieved what they were promised. If it totals over $500 it qualifies as grand left in most states, and should get the attention of local law enforcement.

As for this situation, it's really a shame. I fear that taking legal action is not going to get very far. Personally, if I were local I'd pay him a visit. Not to do something asinine like try to beat his ass or damage his property, but to meet him face to face and let him know that this isn't a joke. He's obviously not taking this too seriously over the phone or internet, so other actions should be made.

What is going on with your guys' paypal claims? Anyone get their money back yet? How long do they take? I've only done a dispute, and it was settled prior to escalation.

That is $280 dollars now, and I think if we called Richland County and asked to speak to someone in the fruad department, we can get them to take us seriously. When I lived in Columbia, Richland county showed up at a co-workers house at 8a.m. and arrested them for having passed a bad check at food lion for like 50 bucks. Anyone that has never been to Richland County would not understand, but this sheriff's department is ruthless.

I am going to call tomorrow, and at least get some advice on how to move forward.

Alright guys...

Ive been over at chris's house for the last 4 hours. We talked about a lot of stuff. I bought some rims and tires from him. His wife made me dinner, his daughter is absolutely precious, and he is a good guy.

The lamin-x is shipped. The reason behind no tracking numbers is because his wife cleaned up at their house and threw them out by accident.

He actually did lose a child. He actually did lose his grandfather. So how about you guys chill the fuck out about that.
