First 2 sets of B35 mounts are in. I should be able to test fit in the next week or two!
If anyone has their b35 motor READY TO DROP IN, let me know.

Just got 5 more b34 sets this afternoon...

Will these work with the M88 engine in an e30 M3? If so PM me.

B35 mounts just made it from Portland to Bimmerfest, back to Portland. I'd say they work. :)

Any big 6 transmission will work. The
getrag 260 from the E30 will NOT fit.

You would need the B34 mounts. You will still have to modify your firewall slightly, there is no way around it unless you use a b35 head.

                            info............

first....can ya post a couple pics...?

next, you can use the b34 head, just use the coolant block off plate that the b35 head uses..........
                            bmw part# 11 12 1 710 771

a few late e24 (6series) cars from 88 and 89 used the b35 version of the m30, but had mounting bosses allowing use in b34 applications...........

from what I've run across that was for the heater, In the e34 b35 it has an aux pump for getting coolant to the heatercore. blanking it off would need a reconfigured heater line but should do fine.

Lets not forget that this modification isn't exactly a complicated one... You basically just whack the firewall a few times with a 5lb baby sledge and you are all set.

I'm gonna need a set of B34 mounts. My plans change all over the place, I know... I'll be in touch.

And Mastrcruse, your stuff is about ready.
