The Drivers visor is gone. I still have the passenger one though.

Dang...my passenger visor is fine. The pocket for the top instructions (and the top instruction card) are messed up on the driver-side visor. :(

I bought my cabrio when it was 6 years old and mine was missing too. I wonder what that thing sells for at the dealer new? Be a nice touch for my car.

Is yours airbag or non airbag? I ended up using it in mine but I still have the one out of my 325i. PM me if interested with your zip and we'll work something out!
