Is anything else needed to fit this to a Miller MAF conversion? I assume for the MAF I should order the 3" one to fit this kit... even though on their website they state that 2.7" is suitable for an otherwise stock engine?

it works just fine with the 2.75" the coupler can squish enough to fit perfect, the 3" inch MAF is for higher modded/turbo cars. You need nothing other than my kit if you have the Miller MAF.

my kit works great for swap cars because most can't use the stock air box. Huge improvement over regular cone filters than breath hot air that a lot of engine swap cars are running.
