come with fogs for that price? if not:

looking for the valance bare with just the center air vent. no brake ducts/fogs/lip/etc.

They rust? I have never seen that. Your car must be from the beach or up north. I can't take them off until I scrap the car (they have to roll around for now) but I'll save a set for you.
