    Pre-1987 325e/i radiator (Manual Transmission)

I’ve been looking everywhere and can’t seem to find a new radiator for the Pre-1987 325e/i anywhere. The only ones in stock anywhere is the redesigned Post-1987 radiator. Thank you!

Early model rads are NLA from what I know.

Its likely worth converting to a late model cooling system which consists of changing:

    -metal water pipe on engine
    -upper timing cover
    -water pump
    -overflow
    -Rad/hoses

I haven't seen one in stock for a long while, I should probably upgrade to the 87+ one. A few years ago there were lots of options for aftermarket like on Summit but all on backorder.

I did see that this was presented as an option and one in stock, but not sure if it actually fits: ACDelco 96816482 ACDelco GM OE Radiators | Summit Racing

Well see, I’m temped to do the conversion but I’m trying to keep it as a last resort as I’m trying to keep this car as Original as possible. But I screenshotted your post to my phone so I can have that list in case I need it. Thank you!

rwh11385, yeah I was looking at that radiator you linked and I think I’m going to do some research to see if it does fit and I’ll post up an update. Thanks for the input tho!
