WTB: E30 M3 Rear Window frame

    Hey guys!

Our shop has been looking for the rear window frame (c-pillar) for our '88 m3. We just inherited a e30 m3 and there's a significant amount of rust in the trunk/ and rear window frame (top and bottom). We've tried contacting a company in Germany that makes (or made lol) a fiberglass frame but its no longer available.

Any help guys will be greatly appreciated whether its metal or fiberglass, this is going to be our track/ company car so we'd prefer OEM but fields BMW says the frame is NLA. If you know of any e30 m3 part outs please let me know.

    Thanks again,

    -Stacy

Pics of the rust? Ok, but I don't see how pictures will suffice the fact that we need the frame? We are a body shop, if it could of been cut, patched and filled- we would of done so.
Please keep the post on topic, we strictly are looking for a part.

                Thanks

Right, it's just hard to imagine one so rusted that it can't be saved. I for one would like to see exactly where it rusted to keep it from happening to my own cars. Posting a picture of what you're dealing with would help immensely. It may even convince people who have the part to help out.

Obviously you are new to r3v, if a post stays on topic for more than 5 replies its a rare day.

Just have a handy metal fab guy take care of you. Its not hard work if they know what they are doing.
