Need 1991 325ix motor/bottom end m20

[1991325ix]

looking to buy an ix bottom end, also was wondering what the difference is between the regular m20 and the ix m20 other then the machined surface where ix oil pan connects on an ix m20, it would make this search a lot easier and cheaper if i knew i could use a regular m20 bottom end, your help is greatly appreciated . Thanks

Have one in ct, fresh head, tbelt etc

the oil pump system is different

it'll be easier to find an ix block than convert it. I think the ix oil pump is NLA now.
