Folks, if the always slightly off language doesn't clue you in, just look at their user details, and you will see why they are not legit.

Individually calling them out won't help since the power mods/owner appear to be MIA, and the user probably won't be banned for some time.

We are on our own for transactions, be smart.

"Russ7" just tried to scam me. His email is "sales.critchorpcomputer@gmail.com". Just look it up and you'll find it all over the place. He tried selling me an Ostrich emulator but none of his info matched, and he tried making me use a payment service nobody has ever heard of before.

Another Scam. WTB E30 bumper fillers. Got a message from Jerry Simmoms telling me to contact Luke Johnson at johnsonluke339@gmail.com. Asked for pictures and he sent me pictures from some kind of catalog. Definitely not used fillers.
His PayPal address is Floraogora@gmail.com. Said he would only take "Friends and Family" Payment or Zelle. Beware if you get notified by anyone of these people or email addresses. BTW Jerry Simmoms joined the forum the day of my ad.

However, Venmo should not be used for purchases, unless explicitly authorized by Venmo.
