    WTB: Husco Armrest Foam

As title states, I am looking for the foam piece of an e30 husco armrest. I have all the brackets and mounting hardware. Must be in good condition!

Not OEM and how would you even mount it?

They are an after market accessory so there is nothing OE about it

Wasn't it a dealer option? I still don't see how I would secure it to the mounting bracket if I ghetto diy.

Yes, it was an accessory sold by dealers. Here's a custom vinyl cover that an E30er was making/offering a few years ago. I might still have one:

Check etsy.com, that's where i got the covering material for mine. I think it was $30. Came exactly like pictured in that photo all stitched up. I also just used a piece of foam on top of the original foam because it was getting a bit tired.

It's no longer being sold. Prefer a foam piece already in good shape.

not really understanding the OP. you're asking for the foam underneath the cover? or a fully finished pad? As Jeff said there's nothing special about the foam underneath.

I have a torn pad assembly (metal base, foam pad, original cover which is torn and the plastic base). I also have one of the replacement covers talked about above (need to find the cover though as it's stored somewhere). It includes some extra foam. You'll need to recover the pad with the replacement cover. Not hard to do and there are instructions online - you pin the cover in place over the foam and contact cement the edges of the cover underneath.

PM if interested and I'll go dig out the spare cover.
