I never shoot it. It has maybe 500 rounds through it. I bought it new for $550ish. I have the reciept somewhere. I never sold a gun before....I assume there has to be a "title transfer" of some sort?

"over the ear" hearing protection

Thanks guys. It is the 40 sub-compact. 3" barrel. I love it too but it just sits. I don't have a membership anymore at the range and I need to pay off some bills...

Is it even legal to sell a pistol "online"?

I think so. If you ship, you need to do it through an FFL though I believe. I'd definitely look into it first, because the gun is registered to you until you go through all the steps.
